I think its called "10 high street", but I'm too excited to remember the number. Same building as Musica, Mocha Maiden, Rubber City Clothing, Whitespace Collective, etc.

- Incorporation as non-profit: $400

The total: $3000. If we raise $3k, we can start SYN/HAK. And it will be glorious.

- Power, Gas, Electric, Water: Gas is included, so about $150 for electricity.

- Upkeep: Idealy, we put aside $100/mo
