- We have a mailbox
- Installed on saturday, Chris sent a letter to us to try and confirm that we have mail service now.
- Penny installed signs all over the space. Such as the restroom getting locked and filthy. And a close-out list on the front door.
- Trever is testing the printer in a warmer climate
- Craig is bringing another printer and old server and stuff that plugs in and is loud (lots of loud)
- Juggling Class on the 23rd (Open Night) at 8 PM here, another on the 20th (sunday) at 2 PM in Cleveland Heights, by Michael, right across from the Cedar Lee.
- Penny is making a partyball thing.

- Sysadmin position
- Penny as secretary, has no idea how to be a sysadmin. We have sysadmin meetings, but no position where their job is to sysadmin.

- We've got lots of contacts with businesses and such, we can be a great funnel for this
- Several hundred to several thousand extra income per year.
- Nothing for us to lose, except a few cubic centimeters for a box.
- The actual recycling is outsourced to Colorado. 100% American and good for the environment.
- 30% of the funds from the sale of each good phone, $1/lb for bad phones.
- He'll cover shipping for anyone that wants to ship us phones from out of state.
- No startup costs, its a fundraiser thing.

- How many phones should we collect? Doesn't matter, he can swing by a meeting and pick them up or so.
